Pantry Elements offers a 1 year warranty for manufacturer’s defects.  We will replace any item with the same or similar item if the item fails during non-commercial use.

Please send an email through this website contact form (to the right) with “Warranty Request” at the beginning of your message, and you will receive shipping instructions and the procedure for returning items that require replacement.

Pantry Elements does not ship outside the USA.
