Shipping And Returns Policy

Pantry Elements Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States. Primary shipping methods are USPS First Class Parcel, USPS Priority and in some instances UPS Ground. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will be shipped via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

In stock orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, are typically shipped in 3 to 5 business days from purchase, and arrive in 5 to 7 business days once you’ve received a shipping confirmation. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.

For orders shipping to apt. or over $200 value, a signature is required at delivery.



Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name(s) ans Product Number(s)
  • Reason for Return

Returned items can be shipped back to us via USPS Mail or any private, traceable parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged, we do not credit shipping for buyer remorse. Pantry Elements is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure / track their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.

Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging.



Shipments to residents of Arizona are subject to applicable sales taxes. No sales taxes are collected for residents or businesses located in other states at this time. Customers in other states shall remit applicable use tax to their respective state’s department of revenue for purchases made on our website.
